After install: 3 steps to start distributing

NetConfiger inherits the network already connected on your host (SoftEther / PacketiX / company VPN) and distributes it to LAN devices through a proxy port.

01

Connect your VPN

Open SoftEther / PacketiX / company VPN on the Windows host as usual and connect to your target network (e.g. Taiwan exit). Confirm the virtual adapter shows connected.

02

Open NetConfiger

Run as administrator, open the Network Distribution tab, enable HTTP and/or SOCKS5, and click Start Service. The host now serves this network to the LAN.

03

Connect team devices

Other PCs / VMs / AdsPower workstations point their proxy to the host LAN IP + port (e.g. 192.168.1.100:8080). Check the IP matches the host exit — you are connected.

No VPN install on other computers. Downstream devices only need a proxy address — no client, no VPN account. Full steps: PacketiX / SoftEther office VPN distribution guide.
License delivery workflow

The public website manages orders; the local license system issues licenses.

Formal licenses are bound to customer account, order, plan, machine code, and expiry date. The license file is not generated on the public website; the website only stores the returned file and delivery record.

01

Download trial

Install the Windows trial first. The app can open for status checks, machine-code copy, and license import.

02

Submit machine code

Submit the machine code with the order or support request. Trial and formal licensing are tied to machine-code records.

03

Order review

The admin confirms payment, plan, device quota, machine code, and expiry date.

04

Local issuance

The public website calls the separate local license-system API. The local system issues the license file and returns it to the website.

05

Customer download

After the file is bound to the account, the customer downloads it in the portal and imports it into the software.

Getting started

1
Use the installer

Formal customers should use the language-specific installer. Portable packages are not published on the website.

2
Check license status

The License page shows software version, trial status, remaining time, device quota, and machine code.

3
Review service startup

The currently published installer is the authoritative build shown on this page. Verify its version and checksum in the download list before installation.

The download includes a 3-day trial. Formal licensing requires a machine code and generated license file.
